COMMERCIAL ENERGY ASSESSMENTS

Energy Performance Certificates have been introduced to advise potential buyers and leaseholders of the energy performance of a building they may wish to occupy. This can provide them with important information about the building such as ; the energy efficiency, potential energy bills and possible improvements that could be made. Comparing the EPCs of potential buildings will prove a valuable asset.
EPCs are required for Commercial Properties when they are newly built, sold or leased.
An Energy Performance Certificate must be provided by the seller or landlord to any prospective buyers or tenants.
